LME Care was founded on a simple belief: that every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and connection. From our head office in Woolloongabba, Brisbane, we support participants and families across South-East Queensland, including Logan, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast.

As a registered NDIS provider, we work in full compliance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and uphold the highest standards of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Work Health and Safety Regulation 2017. This means every service we deliver is safe, professional, and centred on the rights of participants.
